We have had previous bad experiences with other brokers, but when we got in contact with My Vision Board, we were just blown away with the energy, calmness and market knowledge they possess. To top it off, they are friendly and went out of their way (i.e not the usual role of a broker) to help us during the whole transaction. The COVID restrictions caused a few obstacles like delay in processing of the loan application and ended up being processed during Christmas holiday period but they made sure to keep us updated even during his annual leave and we appreciate their commitment to work with us.
